What are the advantages of a smart home?

A smart home offers advantages such as increased convenience, improved security, energy savings and simple and configurable control of all functions via modern operating devices, such as: buttons or touch panels, as well as via app and voice control.

How long does the installation take?

The duration of the installation depends on the complexity of the project. The greatest effort here is the on-site electrical installation with the laying of the necessary cables. This is usually done by a local electrician or the builders. The actual installation and commissioning of KNX components usually takes no longer than 1-2 days.

How long does a project take?

After an initial non-binding information meeting, we make an appointment for a consultation. This is used to record your wishes and to create a smart home concept. You will then receive an offer within a week, including a list of the required components.

After the order has been placed, the preparation of the specification begins with a precise planning of the required components, their positions and functions. During this time, there is a regular exchange with the customer. Depending on the scope of the project, this phase does not last longer than 1-2 weeks. At the end, the specification is approved by you and the necessary components are also ordered.

After that, the software implementation of the functions and creation of all relevant project files and documentation for commissioning on site begins. Depending on the scope, 1-2 weeks are also needed for this.

Once all preparations have been made on site, installation and commissioning can take place.

4-6 weeks after the first consultation, you can then enjoy the functions of your "Smart Home".

After a "settling-in period", usually 3-6 months, a list of change requests is implemented free of charge as part of the project.
