Why KNX?
Rely on an automation professional for a clean and safe installation
A KNX system should only be installed by an automation professional for the following reasons:
Expertise: Automation professionals have specialized knowledge and training that ensures the correct setup of KNX components, avoiding errors, and maximizing the efficiency and safety of the system.
Customization: Professionals can customize the KNX system to meet the specific needs of homeowners, optimize how it works, and ensure that all desired features are integrated and easy to find.
Troubleshooting: If problems arise or upgrades are pending, automation professionals can quickly identify and fix them, minimizing downtime and ensuring the continuous reliability of the KNX system.

Project: Renovation of a single-family house
A highlight of our previous projects is a single-family house over 3 floors, in which almost 100 KNX components were used to implement the complete control of light, consumers, heating and shading. A high degree of automation and user-friendliness has been achieved through the integration of presence detectors, touches, buttons and app and voice control. Residents can optimally control their environment and save energy at the same time.
Another aspect of this project was the integration of a weather station. This enables automatic control of light, heating and shading adapted to the current weather conditions. This not only increases comfort, but also contributes to energy savings. The shading adapts, for example, based on solar radiation and temperature changes in the room.
In addition, complex logics can be linked via the integration of a logic machine, scripts can be processed and time controls with various dependencies can also be implemented. The installation was carried out with various media. A sub-distribution with one KNX line was implemented on each floor. The lines communicate with each other via TCP/IP (home network), while each line communicates separately via TP (bus line). RF (radio) was used outdoors. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, the optimal result could be achieved for every installation situation.
